AMRAP Cardio Rings

AMRAP in 20 minutes:


  • 10 Ring Muscle-ups
  • 20 Box Jumps
  • 30 Wall Balls
  • 400m Run

Instructions:
Perform as many rounds and reps as possible in 20 minutes. Scale the Ring Muscle-ups to Ring Dips or Ring Rows if needed. Choose a box height and wall ball weight that allows for consistent movement throughout the workout. Keep a steady pace on the runs to maximize work capacity during the other movements.
