Tabata Cardio Rings

Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest for each movement:
    1. Ring Rows
    2. Burpees

Instructions:
- Alternate between Ring Rows and Burpees for 8 rounds, performing each movement for 20 seconds followed by 10 seconds of rest.
- Complete all 8 rounds of Ring Rows before moving on to Burpees.
- Score is the total number of reps completed across all rounds.
