  • 10 Ring Muscle-ups
  • 20 Ring Dips
  • 30 Ring Rows

Time Cap: 10 minutes


Instructions: Perform the ring muscle-ups, ring dips, and ring rows in order, completing all reps of each movement before moving on to the next. The goal is to complete the workout as fast as possible while maintaining good form on the rings.
