AMRAP Gymnastics Rings

AMRAP in 15 minutes:


  • 10 Ring Muscle-ups
  • 20 Handstand Push-ups
  • 30 Air Squats

Instructions:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of 10 ring muscle-ups, 20 handstand push-ups, and 30 air squats. Modify the ring muscle-ups to ring rows or jumping muscle-ups if needed. Scale the handstand push-ups to pike push-ups or regular push-ups as necessary. Keep track of rounds and reps completed.


Score: Total rounds + reps completed.
