Tabata Gymnastics Rings

Tabata Workout:


  • Ring Muscle Ups x8 rounds
  • Ring Dips x8 rounds
  • Ring Rows x8 rounds

Instructions:
Perform each exercise for 20 seconds of work, followed by 10 seconds of rest for a total of 8 rounds. Rest 1 minute between each exercise. Score is total reps completed for each exercise. Make sure to scale movements as needed to maintain proper form throughout the workout.
