AMRAP Cardio RingsAMRAP in 15 minutes:
- 10 Ring Muscle-ups
- 20 Box Jumps (24/20)
- 30 Russian Kettlebell Swings (70/53)
- 400m Run
Instructions:
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes. Scale the ring muscle-ups to banded transitions or jumping muscle-ups if needed. Choose a kettlebell weight that allows for unbroken sets. Push the pace on the runs to maximize rounds completed.
