AMRAP Cardio Rings

AMRAP in 15 minutes:


  • 10 Ring Muscle-ups
  • 20 Box Jumps (24/20)
  • 30 Russian Kettlebell Swings (70/53)
  • 400m Run

Instructions:
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes. Scale the ring muscle-ups to banded transitions or jumping muscle-ups if needed. Choose a kettlebell weight that allows for unbroken sets. Push the pace on the runs to maximize rounds completed.
