AMRAP Weightlifting Rings

AMRAP in 20 minutes:


  • 10 Ring Muscle-ups
  • 20 Dumbbell Snatches (50/35 lbs)
  • 30 Double-unders

Notes:
- Scale the ring muscle-ups to ring dips or banded ring muscle-ups if needed.
- Choose a weight for the dumbbell snatch that allows for unbroken sets.
- Keep a steady pace throughout the workout to maximize rounds completed.
