AMRAP Gymnastics Rings

AMRAP in 20 minutes:


  • 10 Ring Muscle-ups
  • 20 Handstand Push-ups
  • 30 Alternating Pistols

Instructions:
- Scale the Ring Muscle-ups to Ring Dips if needed.
- Scale the Handstand Push-ups to Hand Release Push-ups if needed.
- Scale the Pistols to Air Squats if needed.
- Keep a steady pace throughout the workout to maximize rounds and reps.
