AMRAP in 15 minutes:


  • 10 Ring Muscle-ups
  • 20 Ring Dips
  • 30 Box Jumps (24/20 inches)

Notes: Scale the ring muscle-ups to jumping or banded muscle-ups if needed. Remember to maintain proper form on the ring dips to prevent injury. Focus on pacing yourself to keep moving throughout the entire 15 minutes.
