AMRAP Cardio Rings

AMRAP in 15 Minutes:


  • 200 Meter Run
  • 10 Ring Muscle-ups
  • 20 Box Jumps
  • 30 Double Unders

Instructions:
- Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes.
- Scale the Ring Muscle-ups to Ring Dips or Ring Rows if needed.
- Choose a box jump height that challenges you but allows for quick transitions.
- Focus on efficient double under technique to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
