  • Ring Dips (8 rounds)
  • Ring Rows (8 rounds)
  • Ring Push-ups (8 rounds)

Notes:
- Perform each movement for 20 seconds, followed by 10 seconds of rest.
- Complete all 8 rounds of one movement before moving on to the next.
- Score is the total number of reps completed across all 24 rounds.
- Scale movements as needed to maintain quality reps throughout the workout.
