Notes: This workout is designed to test your gymnastics skills with ring muscle-ups and your weightlifting technique with power snatches. Each minute on the minute, complete 5 reps of each movement. Rest for the remainder of the minute before starting the next round. Adjust the weight on the barbell as needed to maintain proper form throughout the workout.
