EMOM for 15 minutes:


  • 5 Ring Muscle-ups
  • 10 Ring Dips

Instructions:
Perform 5 Ring Muscle-ups and 10 Ring Dips every minute on the minute for a total of 15 minutes. Adjust the reps as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout. Make sure to scale the movements accordingly to your skill level and strength.
