  • 8 Rounds (20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest) of:
    • Ring Muscle-Ups

Instructions:
Perform as many ring muscle-ups as possible in 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds. Make sure to maintain proper form throughout each round to avoid injury.
