  • 10 Ring Muscle-ups
  • 20 Box Jumps (24/20)
  • 30 Wall Balls (20/14)

Instructions:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of 10 ring muscle-ups, 20 box jumps, and 30 wall balls. Scale ring muscle-ups to ring dips if needed.
