AMRAP in 15 minutes:


  • 10 Ring Muscle-ups
  • 15 Deadlifts (225/155 lbs)
  • 20 Box Jumps (24/20 inches)

Notes:
- Make sure to scale the ring muscle-ups to bar muscle-ups or another appropriate modification if needed.
- Focus on maintaining good form throughout the deadlifts to prevent injury.
- Push yourself to keep a steady pace and aim for as many rounds as possible within the time cap.
