AMRAP in 15 minutes:


  • 5 Ring Muscle-ups
  • 10 Ring Dips
  • 15 Ring Rows

Notes:
- Scale the Ring Muscle-ups to Ring Pull-ups or Jumping Ring Muscle-ups if needed.
- Maintain strict form on the Ring Dips to maximize the strength-building component of the workout.
- Adjust the rep scheme as needed to maintain intensity throughout the 15-minute AMRAP.
