  • Ring Muscle-ups
  • Ring Dips
  • Ring Rows

Instructions:
Perform each movement for 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds before moving on to the next movement. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds (4 minutes per movement). Rest 1 minute between each movement.


Notes:
Focus on maintaining good form throughout each movement. Scale movements as needed to maintain intensity.
