- 30 Toes-to-Rings
- 40 Single-Arm Dumbbell Snatches (50/35 lbs)
- 50 Ring Dips
Time Cap: 15 Minutes
Instructions: Perform each movement in order, completing all reps before moving on to the next exercise. Scale ring muscle-ups to banded or jumping variations if needed.
