For Time:


  • 10 Ring Muscle-Ups
  • 20 Dumbbell Thrusters (50/35 lbs)
  • 30 Toes-to-Rings
  • 40 Single-Arm Dumbbell Snatches (50/35 lbs)
  • 50 Ring Dips

Time Cap: 15 Minutes


Instructions: Perform each movement in order, completing all reps before moving on to the next exercise. Scale ring muscle-ups to banded or jumping variations if needed.
