  • 20 seconds of Ring Muscle Ups
  • 10 seconds of rest
  • 20 seconds of Hang Power Snatch
  • 10 seconds of rest
  • Repeat for a total of 8 rounds

Equipment: Rings, Barbell
Weight: Men: 95lbs, Women: 65lbs


Notes: Perform as many reps as possible in the 20 seconds of work, then rest for 10 seconds. Repeat for 8 rounds. Adjust weight as needed to maintain proper form throughout the workout.
