- 15 Ring Muscle-ups
- 30 Power Snatches (95/65 lbs)
- 12 Ring Muscle-ups
- 20 Power Snatches (115/75 lbs)
- 9 Ring Muscle-ups
- 10 Power Snatches (135/95 lbs)
Time Cap: 12 Minutes
Instructions: Make sure to scale the Ring Muscle-ups to Ring Pull-ups or Ring Rows if needed. Choose a weight for the Power Snatches that allows you to complete the reps with good form and intensity. Rest as needed between sets, but push yourself to keep moving efficiently.
