For Time:


  • 15 Ring Muscle-ups
  • 50 Ring Dips
  • 100 Ring Rows
  • 200m Farmer's Carry (each hand)

Equipment:
- Rings
- Dumbbells or kettlebells for Farmer's Carry


Instructions:
Complete the reps and distances in order as fast as possible. Scale the movements as needed to maintain proper form and intensity. Time cap: 20 minutes.
