Tabata Cardio Rings

Tabata:


  • 8 Rounds:
    • 20 seconds of Ring Muscle-Ups
    • 10 seconds of rest

Instructions:
Perform as many Ring Muscle-Ups as possible in 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds before starting the next round. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds.


Scaling Options:
If Ring Muscle-Ups are too challenging, scale to Ring Rows or Ring Dips.
