Notes: This workout combines weightlifting with gymnastics movements on the rings. The athlete will perform 1 power snatch at the start of each minute, followed by 2 ring muscle-ups. Rest for the remainder of the minute before starting the next round. Adjust the weight and scale the ring muscle-ups as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
