Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest
  • Alternating between:
    1. Ring Muscle-Ups
    2. Ring Dips

Instructions:
- Perform as many reps as possible in each 20-second work interval, alternating between Ring Muscle-Ups and Ring Dips.
- Rest for 10 seconds between each interval.
- Score is total reps completed across all 8 rounds.
