EMOM Strength Rings

EMOM for 20 minutes:


  • 5 Ring Muscle-ups
  • 10 Ring Dips
  • 15 Ring Rows

Instructions: Perform the prescribed reps of each movement at the start of every minute for a total of 20 minutes. Rest for the remainder of the minute if you complete the reps before the minute ends. Adjust the reps as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
