AMRAP in 15 minutes:


  • 5 Ring Muscle-ups
  • 10 Ring Dips
  • 15 Ring Rows

Instructions:
- Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes.
- Scale movements as needed to maintain proper form and intensity.
- Focus on controlling the movement on the rings for maximum benefit.
