Instructions: Complete 10 ring muscle-ups and 15/12 calorie Assault Bike within each minute. Rest for the remainder of the minute before starting the next round. Adjust the reps or calories as needed to maintain intensity throughout the 20-minute EMOM.
Scaling options: Scale the ring muscle-ups to jumping muscle-ups or banded transitions. Adjust the calorie count on the Assault Bike to maintain intensity.
