Tabata Strength Rings

Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for each exercise
  • Ring Rows
  • Ring Dips
  • Ring Push-ups
  • Ring Plank Hold

Instructions:
- Complete all 8 rounds of one exercise before moving on to the next
- Score is total reps completed for each exercise
- Rest 1 minute between exercises


Notes:
- Adjust difficulty by changing angle of body for ring rows and dips
- Focus on maintaining good form throughout each round
- Push yourself during the work intervals and try to keep a consistent pace
