  • 20 seconds of Ring Rows
  • 10 seconds of rest
  • 20 seconds of Burpees
  • 10 seconds of rest

Repeat for a total of 8 rounds (4 minutes total)


Equipment: Rings


Instructions: Perform as many reps as possible of ring rows during the 20 seconds, then move immediately into burpees during the 10-second rest period. Alternate between ring rows and burpees for a total of 8 rounds. Keep track of your total reps for each movement.


Score: Total reps completed for ring rows and burpees combined.
