Tabata:


  • Ring Dips
  • Ring Rows

Instructions:


  • Perform 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for 8 rounds (4 minutes total) for each movement.
  • Alternate between Ring Dips and Ring Rows for each Tabata interval.
  • Score is the total number of reps completed for both movements combined.
  • Scale movements as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
