- Ring Dips
- Ring Rows
Instructions:
- Perform 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for 8 rounds (4 minutes total) for each movement.
- Alternate between Ring Dips and Ring Rows for each Tabata interval.
- Score is the total number of reps completed for both movements combined.
- Scale movements as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
