Tabata Strength Rings

Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of:
    • Ring Dips
    • Ring Rows

Strength Focus:
- Aim for consistent effort and maintain proper form throughout the Tabata intervals.
- Scale movements as needed to maintain intensity.


Notes:
- Complete 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for each movement.
- Alternate between Ring Dips and Ring Rows for a total of 8 rounds (4 rounds of each movement).
- Focus on full range of motion and engagement of the muscles involved in the movements.
