Tabata Weightlifting Rings

Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of:
    • 20 seconds of Ring Muscle-Ups
    • 10 seconds of rest

Equipment:
- Rings


Instructions:
Perform as many Ring Muscle-Ups as possible in 20 seconds, followed by 10 seconds of rest for a total of 8 rounds. Rest 1 minute between each Tabata set. Aim to maintain consistent reps throughout each round.
