  • 20 seconds of Ring Rows
  • 10 seconds of rest
  • 20 seconds of Burpees
  • 10 seconds of rest

Repeat for a total of 8 rounds (4 minutes).

Perform as many reps as possible within the 20-second work intervals, focusing on maintaining good form throughout. Rest for the 10-second intervals before transitioning to the next movement. This workout will challenge both upper body strength and cardiovascular endurance.
