  • 50 Pull-ups
  • 40 Handstand Push-ups
  • 30 Toes-to-Bar
  • 20 Ring Dips
  • 10 Muscle-ups

Equipment:
- Resistance Band


Instructions:
Complete all reps of each movement before moving on to the next. Scale movements as needed to maintain intensity and proper form. Time cap of 20 minutes.
