EMOM Strength Rings

EMOM for 20 minutes:


  • 5 Ring Muscle-ups
  • 10 Ring Dips
  • 15 Ring Rows

Instructions:
Perform the prescribed reps of each movement at the start of every minute for a total of 20 minutes. Scale the movements as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout. Adjust the reps if necessary to ensure you can complete the work within the minute.
