Tabata Cardio Rings

Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of:
    • 20 seconds of max effort Ring Rows
    • 10 seconds of rest

Instructions:
- Set up rings at an appropriate height for Ring Rows.
- Perform as many Ring Rows as possible in 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds before starting the next round.
- Complete 8 total rounds for a total of 4 minutes of work.
- Focus on maintaining good form throughout the Tabata workout.
