Score: Total reps completed in each Tabata interval
Instructions: Perform each exercise for 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest, repeating for a total of 8 rounds. Rest 1 minute between each Tabata interval. Focus on maintaining good form and pushing yourself to the limit on each round.
