  • Ring Muscle-ups
  • Handstand Push-ups

Instructions:
Perform 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for 8 rounds (4 minutes total) for each movement. Alternate between Ring Muscle-ups and Handstand Push-ups. Score is total reps completed for both movements.
