    • Ring Muscle-ups

Instructions:
Perform as many ring muscle-ups as possible in 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds. Aim to maintain a consistent number of reps each round. If unable to perform ring muscle-ups, scale to jumping muscle-ups or ring rows.
