EMOM for 20 minutes:


  • Minute 1: 5 Ring Muscle-Ups
  • Minute 2: 10 Hang Power Cleans (135/95 lbs)

Notes:
- This workout will challenge both your gymnastics and weightlifting skills.
- Scale the Ring Muscle-Ups to Ring Pull-Ups if needed.
- Choose a weight for the Hang Power Cleans that allows you to maintain good form throughout the workout.
