Tabata Gymnastics Rings

Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest for each movement:
    • Ring Muscle-Ups
    • Ring Dips
    • Ring Rows

Instructions:
- Complete each movement for 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds before moving on to the next movement.
- Repeat for a total of 8 rounds per movement.
- Score is total reps completed for each movement.


Notes:
- Scale movements as needed to maintain intensity throughout the Tabata workout.
