  • 100 Wall Balls
  • 50 Ring Dips
  • 100 Double-Unders

- Rings
- Wall Ball
- Jump Rope


Time Cap: 20 Minutes.


Notes: This workout will test your upper body strength and endurance, as well as your coordination and cardio with the double-unders. Scale the movements as needed to maintain intensity throughout the chipper. Good luck!
