  • 50 Ring Muscle-ups
  • 100 Push-ups
  • 150 Air Squats
  • 200 Double-unders

Time Cap: 20 Minutes


Instructions: Complete the reps in order, breaking them up as needed. Scale the Ring Muscle-ups to Ring Dips or Ring Rows if needed. Focus on maintaining good form throughout the workout.
