EMOM Strength Rings

EMOM for 20 minutes:


  • Odd Minutes: 5 Ring Muscle-ups
  • Even Minutes: 5 Front Squats (#185 / #135)

Instructions: Perform 5 ring muscle-ups at the start of each odd minute and 5 front squats at the start of each even minute. Rest for the remainder of the minute before starting the next movement. Adjust weight as needed to maintain proper form throughout the workout.
