  • 20 seconds of Ring Dips
  • 10 seconds rest
  • 20 seconds of Burpees
  • 10 seconds rest
  • Repeat for a total of 8 rounds

Equipment: Rings


Instructions: Perform as many reps as possible of Ring Dips and Burpees in the 20-second work intervals, then rest for 10 seconds before moving on to the next round. Alternate between Ring Dips and Burpees for a total of 8 rounds. Keep track of your total reps for each movement.
