Tabata Cardio Rings

Tabata:


  • 20 seconds of Ring Rows
  • 10 seconds of rest
  • 20 seconds of Burpees
  • 10 seconds of rest

Repeat for a total of 8 rounds (4 minutes)


Equipment: Rings


Instructions: Perform as many reps as possible during the 20-second work intervals, alternating between Ring Rows and Burpees. Rest for 10 seconds between each interval. Aim to push yourself for the entire 4 minutes to maximize intensity.
