Tabata Strength Rings

Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest for each movement:
    • Ring Dips
    • Ring Rows

Instructions:
Perform as many reps as possible in each 20-second work interval, then rest for 10 seconds before moving to the next movement. Alternate between Ring Dips and Ring Rows for a total of 8 rounds. Keep track of total reps for each movement to track progress.

Notes:
Adjust the difficulty of the movements as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout. Rest as needed between rounds to maintain proper form and prevent fatigue-related injuries.
