- 150 Double-unders
- 200m Farmer's Carry (50/35 lbs each hand)
- 100 Box Jumps (24/20")
- 50 Toes-to-bar
Time Cap: 25 Minutes
Notes: This workout will test your gymnastics skills with the ring muscle-ups and toes-to-bar, as well as your conditioning with the wall balls, double-unders, farmer's carry, and box jumps. Scale movements as needed to maintain intensity throughout the chipper.
