- Ring Dips
- Ring Rows
Instructions:
- Perform 8 rounds of each movement, alternating between Ring Dips and Ring Rows.
- Complete as many reps as possible in 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds before moving to the next movement.
- Score is total reps completed for both movements combined.
Notes:
- Adjust the difficulty by changing the angle of your body during Ring Rows or adding a weighted vest for Ring Dips.
- Focus on maintaining good form throughout the Tabata intervals to maximize the effectiveness of the workout.
